    The Aphrodite Trail is one of the most iconic nature trails in Cyprus, starting near the Baths of Aphrodite in the Akamas Peninsula. What makes it special is its combination of mythology, nature, and panoramic beauty. According to legend, this is where the goddess Aphrodite met her beloved Adonis — and the trail follows in their mythical footsteps. Along the way, hikers enjoy breathtaking views over Chrysochous Bay, explore the Ruins of Pyrgos tis Rigainas (Queen’s Tower), and walk through forests of juniper, pine, and wild herbs.
