There's nothing like tasting fresh, warm halloumi cheese straight out the pot and on this small group tour there will be plenty to enjoy throughout the day! You'll be picked up from an Ayia Napa location of your choice and driven into the Troodos mountain countryside to the cheese-making workshop of a village local. You’ll take part in the process from start to finish and the experience will end with a delicious brunch which will include the cheeses made plus lots more.
The activities don't end there as you'll be taken further into the mountain villages to visit other local producers and the quaint village of Lefkara. During this afternoon of exploring you'll taste Cyprus olive oil, local honey, traditional sweets along with other delicacies!

We offer door-to-door transport from almost any Ayia Napa / Protaras location including hotels, airbnbs, private accommodation, landmarks etc. We can also offer pick-up or drop-off at Larnaca airport if this makes your participation more convenient. If you do not see your pickup location on the list at the time of booking - please go ahead with your booking and in the unlikely case that we cannot fulfil the pick-up - a full refund will be processed. The timings are a guideline and if you must be back at your accommodation at a certain time - YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE. PLEASE NOTE: The Troodos mountain range spans Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia and it is in the mountainous areas of these districts that you find the rural villages of Cyprus. This tour DOES NOT visit Troodos Square and will only visit various villages within the Troodos mountain region. We keep our tours authentic by visiting true locals and because these local villagers are busy with every day life – we cannot guarantee which stops we’ll be visiting after the cheese-making workshop... However, here’s an example list of products - honey / traditional sweets / wine / donkey milk products / carob honey.
